Message from anonymous to the people of Saudi Arabia:
– stay in small groups ( only people that you know to avoid police informers), organize yourselves locally between friends /colleagues and people who can trust each others. Synchronize and coordinate your movement with other local groups. ( designate just one or two “single point of contact” in each group)
– Avoid rumors and fake news : The Abdallah Ibn Saud regime is responsible of the most of them to break the movement.
– The Sunni and Shiite are united, don’t let the regime spread rumors and fake news to divide you !
– Do not believe/trust official religious, they are nothing and they are just serving the regime, nor the people neither ISLAM.
– Be responsible and firm: protect cities, streets, public/private buildings from the militias of Abdallah Ibn Saud regime !
– Do not stay long in the same place , no more than 30 min
– Do not trust people you don’t know in the streets ( don’t ask, don’t tell)
– Tire the police by keeping a continuous pressure: no need to stress-up the demonstration, a soft but continuous pressure lasting days is more efficient than a very strong pressure lasting just few hours.
– try to demonstrate behind police troops to ease the situation to people who are under pressure in front of police lines .
– avoid to be recognizable and do not hesitate to help other demonstrators
– do not use excessive violence against police troops ( do not give them a pretext to escalate violence)
– Do not under estimate the power of videos and photos : take/upload/share as much as you can !
Message for Internet users in Saudi Arabia
– Your main mission is to : inform people who don’t have access to the internet, and stay informed about what happen in the streets and relay news/content to the media and social networks.
– Do not participate in DDOS attacks ( all the network is monitored by your police and, it’s too simple for them to catch you), in addition we need to save bandwidth at this moment for other needs.
– Do not give you credentials (login/password) on social networks ( twitter, facebook…) or email provider ( Gmail, yahoo …) until the page is completely secure with HTTPS ( if the login page is in simple HTTP, be sure that your government is spoofing those pages in order to steal your login/password)
– Use TOR when surfing on the internet ( and nothing else). Some ordinary proxies are owned by the government to monitor you! With Tor you have a good protection and the relay servers are frequently updated and added to the network. ( https://www.torproject.org/download/download-easy.html.en )
– Do not share your personal data on the social network, do not give your real identity, and do not ask for other people identities , and never store them anywhere (neither on internet nor on you personal computer)
– Do not give the opportunity to the police investigators to break the chain. ( you know a friend, your friend knows another friend and so one …)
– When uploading photos, videos, or whatever digital materials : Be sure that you personal data are not stored inside: IPTC/XMP metadata ( used by default by mobile/cameras manufacturers) could reveal your real identity, so cleanup all digital media before uploading/sharing.
